I’ve been addicted to this juice for the past few months. I know it’s not healthy but I have to say I’m loving the results so far. I had a couple of questions and wanted to ask if anyone had any experiences with it? I have a few of my friends that are taking it.
I don’t take it, just like I don’t take birth control, but I do use it like a sports supplement. I find that when I’m not running or working out that I tend to run a bit more than I normally would. I also use it to calm my nerves when I’m in a stressful situation. I really don’t know if it is healthy or not, but it sure makes me feel better.
I used to take it and I just stopped. I have no idea if it has any effect on me or if it causes any side effects. I will say I do feel a bit better after a run, but I dont know if it is the same for everyone.
But I have to say, I feel like I’m on a different planet when I use it. It feels like the opposite of the way I used to run.
And I should add that I don’t feel any significant side effects from using it, but I have run into some people who do, and they do seem to get a bit worse after they run. This is because they run for a few miles and are essentially getting used to the exercise and running. So they end up not noticing they’re actually running.
I think it depends on a person, but I would imagine that it’s a sign of good health if a person feels a bit bloated after just a couple of hours of running. It’s like getting used to a new pair of shoes.
I think it depends on the person. If you run for a long time, then you’re probably doing it wrong. It would be much more efficient to just run for a shorter time and then go for a longer one.
I’m sure it would depend on your running form as well. In general though, I think a person who is going to be eating a huge meal while running should be running slow and steady. It’s harder to overeat if your body is not used to the food. Its a lot more efficient to eat slowly when youre eating for a long time.
I agree with Kefka. People who eat very slowly are more likely to gain weight. If you eat slowly, you have a better chance of gaining weight because your body has to adapt to the food faster. If your body does not have to adapt at all, it wont want to eat or gain weight.
It is also a good idea to make sure you have a full stomach before you start eating to avoid stomach upset. The first thing that happens when you eat is that your stomach empties of gas. This happens to a lot of people, but it is a good idea to eat a full meal first if you have to. And you dont want to have a full stomach when youre trying to gain weight.
